When you access the 365JL website and make use of any of its services, you're confirming two things: that you're at least 21 years old as required under Philippine law, and that you fully accept these Terms & Conditions. No one below the age of 21 is allowed to use 365JL. If you aren't comfortable with any part of these terms, the right move is to stop using the platform right there.
365JL may revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and any changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the site. If you continue to use the platform after the revised terms are published, that counts as your acceptance of the updated version. Account Setup and Security
Registering at 365JL requires you to provide accurate and complete information. Only one account is allowed per person, and keeping a single account is a key part of fair play. If you create multiple accounts, that's considered a strict violation and could lead to the closure of every account tied to your name.
It's your job to protect your username, password, and all account details. If you spot any unauthorized access or suspicious transactions, reach out to our support team immediately. For security and verification purposes, 365JL may also ask you to provide personal ID documents or other official identification materials before certain actions are approved.
Your Responsibilities as a User
All payment methods you use must be valid and registered under your own name. You are not permitted to operate an account on behalf of another person, and any unauthorized activity done through a proxy is not allowed. Respect is also a must on the platform — any abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behavior toward other users will be addressed seriously.
Platform Usage Guidelines
The 365JL platform should only be used for personal entertainment, strictly for responsible players who are 21 years old and above. Using any part of the platform for business or commercial gain is completely prohibited. You are also not allowed to copy, scrape, or republish any content, design, or information from 365JL without the platform's prior written consent.
Bots, automated scripts, and any other type of fraudulent or unlawful technical manipulation have no place on the 365JL platform. If you try to rig an event or act in an unsportsmanlike manner, 365JL has the right to close your account right away — with any remaining funds possibly forfeited.
Payments and Transaction Terms
All financial transactions within 365JL are settled in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the platform and may change at any time at the discretion of 365JL. Players can fund their accounts through Maya and other approved methods — always check your in-account payment page for the latest supported list before transacting.
Before any withdrawal can be released, 365JL may require you to pass identity verification as part of its security and anti-money laundering checks. If your deposit came with a promotional offer, you can only withdraw those funds once the stated rollover requirements have been met. Any transaction uncovered as fraudulent will be cancelled in full, and the case may be passed on to the proper authorities.
When Accounts Get Suspended or Closed
365JL may suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the platform finds a legitimate reason to do so — including any violation of these terms. Should an account be suspended or closed, any genuine balance that remains will be returned after the normal verification process. If the suspension or closure was triggered by fraud, the balance may be forfeited entirely.
Liability Limits and Intellectual Property
365JL cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect financial loss you may experience while playing on the platform, except when it is clearly shown that the loss came from 365JL's own negligence. Everything on the site — content, software, designs, and trademarks — remains the intellectual property of 365JL. Using any of these without the platform's permission may lead to legal consequences.
From time to time, 365JL may display links or services owned by third parties. Keep in mind that those external resources are completely outside our control, so we can't be held responsible for their content or the way they operate.
